Travel insurance companies
We do not own or control these third-party providers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
Payments made to Adeluxe Travels confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payments are not made within the agreed deadline.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
4.1 Cancellation by Client
Cancellation policies depend on the airline, hotel, or tour provider.
Cancellation fees may apply.
Some bookings may be non-refundable.
4.2 Refund Processing
Refund timelines depend on the supplier and may take several weeks.
Adeluxe Travels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or banks.
Service fees are non-refundable.
4.3 Amendments
Changes to bookings may incur rebooking fees and fare differences.
All amendments are subject to availability and supplier policies.
5. Travel Requirements
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring passports are valid (minimum 6 months validity recommended).
Securing required visas and travel permits.
Complying with immigration and health requirements.
Providing accurate personal information.
Adeluxe Travels shall not be held liable for denied boarding, visa refusal, or entry restrictions due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Adeluxe Travels acts only as a booking agent. We shall not be liable for:
Flight cancellations or delays
Schedule changes
Lost baggage
Accidents or injuries
Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, weather conditions)
Government restrictions or travel bans
All claims must be directed to the respective service provider.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Adeluxe Travels shall not be liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
8. Force Majeure
Adeluxe Travels shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, or government actions.
9. Client Conduct
Clients must comply with:
Airline and hotel policies
Local laws of the destination country
Proper travel etiquette
Adeluxe Travels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates policies or behaves in a disruptive or unlawful manner.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and images, is the property of Adeluxe Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Privacy
We collect and process personal information necessary to provide travel services. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
