VISA ASSISTANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Service
We provide guidance and support for visa applications, including:
Advising on visa requirements and steps
Assisting with document preparation and submission
Monitoring the status of your visa application
Important: Visa approval is not guaranteed. The final decision rests with the relevant embassy or consulate.
2. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Submit all required documents on time
Pay all applicable fees (service fee, visa fee, courier, translation, etc.)
Follow the instructions provided by our team
3. Fees & Payment
Additional costs such as visa fees, courier, or translation services are paid by the client
Once the visa application is submitted, service fees are non-refundable
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided will only be used for visa processing and will not be shared with third parties except as required by authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for visa delays, rejection, or denial.
Visa issuance is outside the control of our agency.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with written notice.
Fees may be partially refundable if the visa application has not yet been submitted.
Once submitted, fees are non-refundable.
7. Acceptance
By submitting your documents or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
